Antique Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire Cocktail Watch

An antique (likely 1920s) platinum, diamond, and sapphire set cocktail evening watch on a delicate link bracelet that was likely added later. The rectangular case of the watch, which houses a mechanical wind movement, measures 13 mm x 35 mm.  The watch features fine filigree work and diamonds of many shapes. The bracelet is fully dressed with diamonds there is a fold over locking clasp. Bracelet measures about 6.25 inches. The dial bears the stamp of Tiffany & Co., but the maker cannot be independently confirmed.
