Van Cleef & Arpels White Gold, Diamond, and Onyx Alhambra 20 Motif

A very rare specification of the iconic Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra necklace, this white gold, diamond, and onyx twenty motif necklace is versatile and absolutely lovely. Alternating station of fancy cut onyx and pave diamond in white gold create a gleaming effect that can be worn in a formal length for special occasions, or doubled and worn on the throat for a more casual look. The Alhambra collection was launched by Jacques Arpels in 1968 with the very first piece being a 20 motif hammered yellow gold necklace. It has since become the unofficial icon of the house.
