Yvel Gold, Biwa Pearl, and Diamond Earrings

18 karat gold, “Biwa” pearl, and diamond earrings by famed Jerusalem based jewelers, Yvel. The earrings are designed as pearl buttons mounted in gold frames each set with six small natural diamonds. The earrings feature posts and omega clips for pierced ears.

Most renowned for their innovative and extensive use of pearls of all sizes and shapes, Yvel was founded in 1986 by Isaac and Orna Levy, whose last name is the reverse of the brand name. Shortly after their marriage in Jerusalem, the couple, who had ties to the world of high end pearls through Orna's familial connection to Moussaeif, went into the jewelry business themselves with the singular intention of becoming the world's foremost baroque pearl jewelers.
