Whether you provide your jewelry details in store or online, the next step is to ship the piece(s) to us. We understand that these heirloom and antique pieces are special and valuable, and we take special care in ensuring that they arrive safely.

We will email you a pre-paid shipping label that you can print and attach to your package. We will insure your item(s) up to $10,000 during shipping and your valuables will be safely secured in our vault while in our possession.

Once we receive your package, the H1912 team will carefully unpackage and inspect the item(s) to provide a final appraisal, which will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. Your valuables are stored in our high security vaults, and are fully insured while in our possession or in-transit to you, backed fully by Hamilton’s 100+ year industry-leading reputation for integrity.

Step 3 Get Paid For Your Pre-owned Jewelry

If you accept, we will email you a confirmation to sign and document our purchase. We require a copy of your driver’s license in this form. Upon receipt of your confirmation, a check will be mailed to you. If you decline, the offer and your pieces will be returned to you at our expense.
